- Forgotten Password: Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen, enter your registered 10-digit mobile number, and enter the OTP to reset your password in 30 seconds.
- OTP Not Received: Check that your cellular signal is active. Wait 60 seconds and request a fresh OTP. Ensure your SMS inbox is not full.
- Account Locked: If you enter wrong passwords 5 times, your account locks for 15 minutes for security. Wait 15 minutes or message our Telegram CS Support directly: @managerluna0.
- Security Reminder: Never share your password or OTP with anyone. Official Khelv staff will never ask for your account password.
